: The study obtained ethical clearance from the Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee (IHRERC) of Haramaya University and the National Research Ethics Committee with a letter written on February 11, 2020 (Ref Number: MoSHE/RD/14.1/9849/20). Additionally, permission was obtained from the health facilities. Furthermore, the written informed consent was obtained from the parent or guardian of each study participant before data collection and no personal identification information was collected to ensure confidentiality. The data collected from the study participants are kept confidentially at all stages of the research activities using anonymous identification numbers.
