: The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jimma University, Ethiopia approved the study. Informed consent was obtained from each patient before recruitment after explaining the study’s objectives in the language they understood. The patients were informed that participation in the study would be voluntary and free. They were also informed that refusing or withdrawing from the study wouldn’t jeopardize their right to receive any services. To ensure participant privacy, confidential numerical identifiers are assigned to each study subject, and all participant information remains password protected in electronic files. All methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant ethical guidelines and regulations of the Jimma University Institutional Review Board (IRB).

: All study subject enrolled in the study have provided their informed consent for the publication of the research results. In line with the IRB guide ethical guidelines and regulations all personal data or identifiable information were anonymized to protect individual privacy.
