: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Ministry of Health, Gezira State, Sudan. N: 44/T/Kh/1, (21/11/2022). Which waived the requirement for informed consent due to the retrospective nature of the study, and permission to access patient records was obtained from the administration of the Wad Medani Teaching Hospital to ensure confidentiality.
