: This study has been conducted under the Helsinki Declaration and, before conducting the study Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board(IRB) of the University Of Gondar. After obtaining ethical clearance from the review board, Jigjiga City Governmental Hospitals ART clinic (the three Hospitals) were informed about the objective of the study through a support letter from the University of Gondar. Since the study used secondary data and was conducted through a review of medical records; Informed consent was not needed rather we got a waiver for informed consent from the Institutional Review Board(IRB) of the University Of Gondar in agreement with relevant legislation and guidelines that protect the rights, welfare, and confidentiality of participants. To keep the confidentiality of the patients, personal identifiers like (name, telephone number, MRN number, and unique registration number) had not been included in the data collection tool.
