: All ethical clearance procedures were followed before the start of the study. Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Botswana Institutional Review Board (IRB) under reference number UBR/RES/IRB/BIO/GRAD/158 and the Ministry of Health Review Board under permit number HPDME: 13/18/1 of 01 December 2021, and permission to conduct the study on sites was granted by the PMH, NRH, SMH and GPH IRBs. All respondents were requested to sign a consent form and were informed that participation in the study is voluntary. All participants who successfully completed the study questionnaire were included in the analysis. All participants provided written informed consent before study participation.
