: was obtained from the Makerere University School of Medicine Research Ethics Committee (SOMREC (Mak-SOMREC-2022-378)). Administrative clearance was sought from the Ministry of Health, National TB and Leprosy Program and the heads of health facilities where the study was conducted. A waiver of informed consent was obtained from the SOMREC for the use of existing health facility records whose owners were not available at the time of data collection. The data were kept confidential, and unique identification numbers were assigned to the participants.
