: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). The study protocol was reviewed and approved under CHR# 18-25758. Informed consent was waived for study participants because remnant specimens were used, presenting minimal risk to participants and adhering to ethical guidelines while still respecting patient autonomy. Staff provided informed consent to participate in interviews outside of work hours and were compensated $50.
