Declarations
:
: Ethical clearance and approval were obtained from the Salale University Institutional Review Board (IRB) with reference number SLU-IRB/32/23. As the study only used anonymized retrospective patient data, a waiver of consent to participate was granted by the reviewing institutions. An official letter of support detailing the study’s objectives was sent to the hospitals under study. The final approval to collect data was given by the chief clinical director and NICU head of each institution after they had reviewed the ethical clearance and verified the anonymity of the participants. Confidentiality and anonymity were preserved, and the client records were returned to their original place once the data collection was completed. The entire work was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
