: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the Dokuz Eylül University Clinical Research Ethics Committee (approval number: 2021/07–01), the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, Department of Clinical Research (approval code: 21-AKD-33), and the Turkish Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Health Services (approval date: 2021–02-12; reference code: 2021–02-12T15_05_18). Prior to participation, all individuals were thoroughly informed, both verbally and in writing, about the nature, purpose, and procedures of the study. Participants retained the right to withdraw from the study at any point, irrespective of the outcome, and their written consent was obtained on a voluntary basis.
