: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS) at the University of Rwanda with Ref. No 244/CMHS IRB/2023. Also, permission to collect samples was obtained from each institution visited. Before data collection, the study’s objectives were explained to each participant or parents/caregivers of children under 16 years of age.
