: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Vietnam Children’s Hospital (Reference number: VNCH-TRICH-2022-155 on December 18th, 2022). In this study, we used leftover specimens (culture isolates, DNA-extract from body fluids) from routine clinical tests at the hospital and medical record information in the electronic data system. Therefore, informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee. The extracted data does not include patient identifiers and is only used for analysis and reporting for this study.
