: Ethical approval was obtained from the Salale University Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee (SIU–IRERC-260/2016). This study was conducted in agreement with the Declaration of Helsinki, the Ethical principle for medical research involving human subjects ). Then permission was taken from Nekemte Comprehensive Specialized Hospital and Nekemte Public Health Research and Referral Laboratory Center to conduct this study. Written informed consent was obtained from all the study participants and from the legal guardians of the participants who were below 16 years of age and also who did not have formal education. The inclusion of study participants was voluntary. Information obtained from them was kept confidential and used only for research purposes.
