: Prior to enrolment, a written informed consent was obtained from all patients, or from the legal guardian if the patient was less than 16 years of age. This study was approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee of UMMC (MREC ID: 20163–2253). All records were securely stored in a locked room and data was entered into a password-protected computer which was accessible only to authorized data managers. All patient data were anonymized for analysis. The study was registered under National Medical Research Registration of Malaysia, (NMRR-18–3347-45473). The research project conforms to the standards laid down by the Declaration of Helsinki, 1964 for conducting biomedical research involving human subjects.
