: This study was conducted in accordance with standard patient care and infection monitoring protocols. All patient data was deidentified prior to processing and analysis to ensure privacy protection. Patient data confidentiality was rigorously maintained throughout the data collection process and manuscript preparation. The Bioethics Committee of the Wroclaw Medical University reviewed and approved this study (reference number KB- 576/2016). In line with the Committee’s guidelines, formal documentation of consent and written declarations from patients were not required, as all patient information and microbiology test results were collected as part of routine clinical care and surveillance procedures.
