Individuals willing to participate in the study were explicitly asked for their (digital) informed consent. Participants who were unable to provide informed consent (due to a language barrier) gave (oral) consent after the oral explanation of the information letter by the interviewer. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Medical Ethics Review Committee of the University Medical Centre Utrecht. The Committee confirmed that the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) does not apply to this study (nr. 22/543).
