: The ethical principles of involvement of human research subjects as outlined in the Nuremberg Code and Declaration of Helsinki were strictly adhered to for this study. Ethical approval was obtained from the Mengo Hospital research and ethics committee under approval number MH-2023-27. Additional approval was obtained from the data manager to access patients’ records from the hospital health management information system. A waiver of consent was written and approved for the use of patient information for the study by the ethics committee of the hospital.
