: Ethical approval was obtained from the Mildmay Uganda Research and Ethics Committee # REC REF 0804–2018 and the Uganda National Council of Science and technology number SS639ES. Participant consent was obtained before enrollment. Before conducting any interviews, we ensured that all participants provided their informed consent to participate in the study. A detailed explanation of the study's objectives and procedures was provided to each participant. Afterward, they signed the informed consent forms. Participants unable to sign the consent form affixed their thumbprint. In cases where participants were under the age of 18, we first obtained consent from their parents or legal guardians, and then secured the participants'own informed consent.
