: The study was approved by the institutional review board (IRB) of Jordan University of Science and Technology (Ref: 8/140/2021, date 28.04.2021) and the ethics committee of the Jordanian Ministry of Health (Ref: Moh/REC/2021/131, date 26.07.2021) before the recruitment of study participants. Written informed consent was obtained from each adult participant. A parent or legal guardian for child participants was required to complete a written informed consent form before participation.
