: This study was conducted according to the protocol, the Declaration of Helsinki, as well as other locally relevant regulations. Ethical approval was granted by the Manhiça Health Research Centre’s Institutional Review Board (Ref. CISM-014–2021) in Mozambique. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. In case of illiteracy, participants were asked to provide their thumbprint in the companionship of an impartial witness who signed the consent form guaranteeing that respondents had been informed and voluntarily accepted to participate in the study. Participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study or stop the interview at any time and without any implication. The interviews were audio recorded with the permission, and according to the comfort of the respondents. Only two out of twenty-one interviewees refused to be recorded and the interview notes were taken.
