: The study used routinely collected data from patient records, and no participant enrolment was involved. We obtained administrative clearance to access and use data from the Vector Borne and Neglected Tropical Diseases Division of the Ministry of Health. The office of the Center for Global Health, US Center for Disease Control and Prevention, determined that this activity was not human subject research, and that its primary intent was for public health practice or disease control.
