: Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for the publication of anonymized clinical data and identifiable imaging materials (including PET/CT scans, bone marrow cytomorphology, and cervical lymph node histopathology). Specific authorization was granted for the use of potentially identifiable anatomical features (e.g., cervical lymph node localization and body habitus) in Figs. , and . All imaging data were de-identified by removing metadata and obscuring non-relevant biometric markers while preserving diagnostic integrity. This retrospective study complied with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the Tongji Hospital Ethics Committee. The ethics committee waived the requirement for additional informed consent for retrospective data analysis due to the anonymized nature of clinical records.
