: Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for the publication of anonymized clinical data and identifiable imaging materials (including PET/CT scans, bone marrow cytomorphology, and cervical lymph node histopathology). Specific authorization was granted for the use of potentially identifiable anatomical features (e.g., cervical lymph node localization and body habitus) in Figs. , and . All imaging data were de-identified by removing metadata and obscuring non-relevant biometric markers while preserving diagnostic integrity.
