: Ethics approval for the evaluation of MyCheck was submitted to and granted by the South-Eastern Sydney Local Health District Human Research Ethics Committee (SESLHD Human Research Ethics Committee-HREC), Ref: 2021/ETH01422). MyCheck was rolled out as a testing option to clients at SSHC as part of the clinical service. Consent to participate in testing via MyCheck was obtained by clinicians at SSHC for all participants. Informed consent to participate in in-depth interviews (data not included in manuscript) was sought and approved by SESLHD HREC. Informed consent for use of de-identified routinely collected clinical data and voluntary surveys was deemed unnecessary and use of these data for the evaluation of MyCheck was approved by SESLHD HREC (Ref: 2021/ETH01422).
