The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, Zoonotic Diseases Control Department, under the authority of the Deputy of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in Iran (Approval Code: NK-4030176, dated 16.11.2023). This approval covered access to retrospective clinical data, its analysis, and the publication of findings.
