: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and national ethical guidelines for human subjects research in Colombia. Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Universidad Simón Bolívar in Barranquilla, Colombia. Additionally, the study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Coosalud EPS. All participants provided informed consent prior to enrollment.
