: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The entire study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Iran (Approval code: IR.KUMS.REC.1401.072). The study involved secondary analysis of de-identified data obtained from the MCMC. According to the national regulations and the Ethics Committee’s decision, the requirement for obtaining informed consent from individual participants was waived, since all data were anonymized before analysis and no direct patient contact occurred.
