Ethical approval for accessing and reviewing the TB registry records were obtained from the administrative offices of Debre Sina and Armanya Health Centers, Tarmaber district of Amhara Region, Ethiopia. As this was a retrospective study utilizing anonymized patient data, individual informed consent was not required. The need for written informed consent was formally waived by the respective health center administrations, consistent with the national research ethics guideline.
