: The Local Committee on Bioethics of the National Center for Public Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (№ 2 dated 11 May 2020) approved this project and waived the need of obtaining informed consent. The study was performed according to both international local ethics guidelines and regulations. The patients were treated in accordance with the ethical principles of patient safety outlined in the Helsinki Declaration and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. The informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants of this study.
