: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Wollo University College of Medicine and Health Sciences Ethical Review Committee (WUERC/322/2025). This study used only secondary, de-identified data from Treatment Initiation Centers and did not involve direct participant contact. Therefore, individual informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee in accordance with national regulations. Confidentiality was strictly maintained, and the study followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The findings aim to support public health efforts in managing MDR/RR-TB in the region.
