: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Review Committee of Bule Hora University, Institute of Health (Ref. No: BHU/IoH/ERC/0395/67/2024). As this was a retrospective study using anonymized data from medical records, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the committee. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The data were collected anonymously, and no direct interaction with patients or guardians was involved; thus, informed consent from legal guardians was not required as per the ethics approval.
