: The ethical approval was obtained from the College of Medicine and Health Science (CMHS/540/20/16) Research Ethics Review Committee (RERC), Wollo University. Permission letters were obtained from public health facilities in Dessie and Kombolcha cities. Moreover, to respect participants’ autonomy and ensure transparency, written informed consent was obtained from each study participant prior to the commencement of the study. They were allowed to interrupt the assessment if they were negatively impacted, and their autonomy and dignity were upheld. The confidentiality of the participant’s information was protected while collecting anonymous data. Furthermore, the Declaration of Helsinki was followed in the conduct of this investigation.
