: This retrospective study was designed and conducted in accordance with the ethical principles set forth in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol received prior approval from the institutional ethics committee (approved by the Assistance Publique des Hopitaux Marseillais Ethics and Scientific Committee, PADS N° CSE24-4). Scientific validity and clinical relevance were ensured by a rigorous methodological approach, while potential risks were minimized through strict protection of patient privacy. All data were anonymized before analysis, and secure data management procedures were applied throughout the study. Given the retrospective nature of the work, obtaining individual informed consent was deemed impracticable; therefore, in accordance with national legislation (French Code de la Santé Publique , Loi Jardé, and CNIL MR-004) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), the requirement for consent was formally waived by the ethics committee (Assistance Publique des Hopitaux Marseillais Ethics and Scientific Committee, PADS N° CSE24-4).
