: The progressively worsening upper abdominal distension and pain had significantly disrupted my daily life. After seeking medical attention, my attending physicians conducted a thorough analysis and diagnosis of my condition. I was quite surprised to learn that the pancreatic mass was caused by a tuberculosis infection. However, after listening to the doctors’ professional explanation, I agreed to undergo arterial infusion therapy. My abdominal pain was quickly relieved in a short period of time, which allowed me to return to normal work and life soon afterward. Following my discharge, I continued to take anti-tuberculosis medication regularly at home as prescribed. During this period, I did not experience any discomfort and felt no different from when I was in good health. I am truly grateful to the medical team for their dedication and care.
