Written informed consent was obtained from the study participants or their legal guardians. Study participants were approached under suitable circumstances and in a comfortable setting, ensuring they were at ease sharing their details to maintain privacy. Their identifiers were removed from the data collection tool and stored in a locker accessible only to the principal investigator to preserve confidentiality.
