: Ethical approval for all aspects of the study—including specimen collection, temporary storage, metagenomic sequencing–based pathogen detection, and viral isolation—was obtained from the Institutional Review Boards of Taoyuan General Hospital (TYGH112017) and the National Health Research Institutes (EC1110901-E).
