: In accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, this study observed the required ethical guidelines regarding the use of human subjects. Permission to carry on the study was acquired from the University of Cape Coast, Institutional Review Board, administration of Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, patients and clinicians in-charge of the patients’ records. The need for consent to participate in the study was waived by the University of Cape Coast, Institutional Review Board with Ethical clearance reference number CCTHERC/EC/2023/021. Strict privacy and confidentiality of all information provided was observed to avoid bias. Confidentiality of the information provided was ensured during and after the study.
