: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the School of Public Health, Fudan University (approval number: IRB#2024-05-1121). At the time of enrollment in the study, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. For participants under the age of 7, the informed consent form was signed by their legal guardian. Participants aged between 7 and 11 years signed a simplified form, and their guardians signed the full version. Participants over the age of 12 years, along with their guardians, signed the complete consent form. The methods were carried out in agreement with the principles and propositions established in the Declaration of Helsinki for all human subjects.
