: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Ethics Committee of Women’s hospital, Zhejiang University [Ethical Approval: IRB-20250176-R]. A waiver of informed consent was granted by the committee, as data were collected through routine registration system. The study obtained data from the Zhejiang Provincial EMTCT Information Network, which is a semi-public registration system administered by maternal and child healthcare institutions across Zhejiang Province. All HBV-infected pregnant women in delivery hospitals are required to be reported to the EMTCT Information Network. All data were anonymized to ensure the protection of patient privacy.
