: The study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, Istanbul, Türkiye (protocol code 2025/04/06/038 date of approval April 11, 2025). This work utilised de-identified data, which was provided by patients as part of their routine primary care. Consent was obtained through an opt-out method, allowing all patients to decline participation.
