: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at An-Najah National University (Ref: MAS. OCT. 2023/6). The research followed all relevant ethical guidelines and regulations and comes in compliance with Helsinki declaration. Participants were informed about the research objectives and provided consent either through direct telephone communication or via the histopathology laboratories holding their archived samples. Each participant was individually informed of their test results. All participant information and samples were securely managed and anonymized, with access limited exclusively to authorized research personnel.
