: Data were obtained from the National Central Health System of Niger (DHIS2), as CERMES is a part of the Health Ministry. The data were anonymized and used under the national health surveillance mandate, in accordance with Niger’s public health regulations. Ethical approval is thus unnecessary according to national regulations. However, information about the study was given to the Niger National Ethic Committee by CERMES, Niger.
