: This noninterventional study was performed per the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and its amendments and was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Jan Kochanowski University (16/2025). The need for consent to participate was waived by an Ethical Committee due to the retrospective design of the study. The patients were not exposed to the experimental interventions. Treatment was carried out according to the label and the latest national guidelines. The patients’ data were protected according to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation.
