: This study was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Mogadishu Somalia-Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Training and Research Hospital (Approval No: 18319). As this was a retrospective study using anonymized clinical and laboratory data collected during routine patient care, no direct contact with participants occurred. Therefore, the requirement for written informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee.
