: This study was reviewed and approved by the Bioethics Committee of the University of the Americas. Approval was granted for the research protocol titled “ Epidemiological , Cytological , Histopathological , and/or Molecular Characterization of Cervical Samples and Diagnostic Quality in the Pathology Laboratory of the Calderón General Teaching Hospital from 2019 to 2024 ” (CEISH-HGDC-2025-002). The approval process involved a thorough review of all ethical, methodological, and legal requirements in accordance with the institution’s regulations.
