: This study was approved by the National Ethics Committee for Life Sciences and Health of the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in accordance with the principle of the Declaration of Helsinki (Approval number: IRB000111917). Written and informed consents was obtained from the parents or legal guardians, and written assent was obtained from children aged 10 years old or above. Assent from the children was sought before any sample collection was performed. The tests were performed in accordance with good laboratory practice standards and using appropriate controls.
