: This study received ethical approval from both the Higher Commission for Scientific Research (HSCR) at the Syrian Ministry of Higher education, the institutional review board at Damascus University, and the review boards of all participating centers. The ethical clearance from HSCR, bearing the identification number 1/491, was granted on January 19, 2021, and waived the need for getting individual informed consent from the patients included.
