: This study was done according to the Declarations of Helsinki. A written informed consent form was obtained from participants or their parents/LAR, before starting the sampling. The project was explained to the participants and they were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time if they did not agree. They were also assured that they could be informed about the results of the study if they wished, and were guaranteed that no personal information about them would be published. The classifying patientsʹ data was kept private. Moreover, this study was approved by the Iran National Committee for Ethics in Biomedical Research. The National Ethical Code for this study was IR.MAZUMS.REC.1397.368.
