: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Wasit Directorate of Health Research Ethics Committee (Approval No. 25/2267). As this study was a retrospective analysis of existing clinical records and only anonymized, de-identified data were analyzed, the requirement for individual informed consent to participate was waived by the Research Ethics Committee in accordance with national regulations and local institutional policy.
