: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ministry of Health Research Ethics Review Committee (MoHRERC) and protocol review committee with a letter of reference (Approval Number: Ref: 01/22). The study utilized secondary data and no participant was involved at any stage. To guarantee the confidentiality, patient’s data were anonymized via de-identification (through the use of codes). The process of the delinking participant’s identities and information provided to the data collectors was undertaken by the data specialist from NHL. Since all these guidelines were met, the need to obtain consent from participants was waived by the MoHRERC. Finally, all the data collection methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
