: As a result of this study involved patient data, it was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Center for Tropical Medicine (NMT)/Federal University of Pará (UFPA) and the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Pará, Campus VIII, and was approved under protocol numbers 3,966,220 and 3,851,670, respectively. We emphasize that the research project was designed for this study and that all data obtained in the research are presented in this study and have not been submitted elsewhere. All participants were invited to participate in the study after the objectives and methods were presented. After acceptance, participants signed an Free and Informed Consent Form. Participants under 18 years of age were included in the study only after obtaining written authorization from their parents or legal guardians, who signed the Consent Form for their minors’ participation in the research, and after the Free and Informed Assent Form was filled. This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and guidelines for research involving human subjects.
