: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Rift Valley University Institutional Review Board (RVU-IRB/2024). Additional approval was obtained from each administration office of the military health center. Both verbal and written informed consent were obtained from participants after being briefed about the aim of the study, risks, and benefits. It was clearly stated in the participant information sheet that participation was voluntary and participants could withdraw from the study at any time. In order to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of the participants, all personal identifiers were omitted throughout data collection, and the collected data were stored and kept in locked storage. Only the principal investigator had access to use data.
